About the Journal

Journal of Research in Educational Management is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal, which publishes scholarly work, and specializes in educational management, consolidates fundamental and applied research activities with a very wide-ranging coverage, and seeks to publish those papers that are most influential in their fields and that will significantly advance scientific understanding. Journal of Research in Educational Management is a multidisciplinary journal committed to no single approach, discipline, methodology, or paradigm. The journal welcomes varied approaches (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods) to empirical research.

Journal of Research in Educational Management invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the result of their studies and research in the areas related to Educational Management, which covers textual and fieldwork investigation with particular reference to  Leadership, Culture, and Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Innovation in Education, and Education Policy as well as the examination of contemporary issues in Educational Management.

The articles of this journal are published every six months (2 issues per year). Experts will review all articles before being accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.
