The increasing complexity of student recruitment processes requires educational institutions to transform conventional admission practices into more efficient, transparent, and data-driven management systems. However, many institutions still face challenges in managing prospective student information due to fragmented data systems, manual administrative procedures, and limited utilization of digital technology. This community service program aims to develop Smart Admission Management through digitalization and data governance innovation to improve the effectiveness of student recruitment systems. The program was implemented through three stages: strengthening understanding of digital admission governance, practical implementation of digital-based admission management, and continuous mentoring to ensure sustainable adoption. The results showed that the program improved participants’ competence in managing student admission data through more systematic data organization, efficient administrative processes, and improved accessibility of admission information. Continuous mentoring also strengthened participants’ ability and commitment to implementing sustainable digital admission practices. This program highlights that digital transformation in student recruitment requires the integration of technology, data governance, and institutional capacity development. Its novelty lies in positioning digital admission management not merely as a technological solution but as a governance innovation strategy for developing efficient, accountable, and sustainable student recruitment systems.
