About the Journal
Gemeinschaft: Journal of Social and Community Engagement is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in the field of community engagement. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and community stakeholders to share research, experiences, and innovative approaches related to community participation, empowerment, development, and social transformation. Through the publication of theoretical perspectives, empirical research, community-based practices, and policy-oriented studies, Gemeinschaft seeks to strengthen meaningful collaboration between academia and communities while promoting sustainable and inclusive development. The journal welcomes contributions that address local, national, and global community engagement challenges and that contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
