Focus and Scope

Edulink: Jurnal of Community Education. The Journal of Community Education positions itself as a scholarly platform dedicated to advancing innovation, empowerment, and transformative practices within community-based education. It seeks to explore how nonformal, informal, and community learning systems can respond creatively and sustainably to the evolving social, economic, and technological landscape. The journal welcomes studies that investigate community learning program development, digital inclusion initiatives, and technology-enhanced learning for diverse populations. It also embraces research on youth and women’s empowerment, literacy development, life-skills education, and culturally rooted learning models that strengthen social cohesion and local resilience.

Furthermore, the journal provides space for critical analyses of policy frameworks, institutional reforms, and multi-stakeholder collaborations that shape effective and equitable community education initiatives. Submissions may address the integration of artificial intelligence and interactive media in community learning centers, strategies for supporting marginalized groups, or community-driven approaches to environmental sustainability, public health, and digital citizenship. By emphasizing an interdisciplinary orientation, the Journal of Community Education aims to become a key reference for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers committed to building participatory, inclusive, and future-ready community education ecosystems.
