This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to strengthen student counseling management through the optimization of the Pedatren application as a digital-based counseling service system. The activity was initiated by the need to improve counseling administration, particularly in managing student cases, documentation, reporting, and coordination among Guidance and Counseling (BK) and guardianship administrators. Previously, several counseling processes were still managed manually, resulting in limitations in data integration, accessibility, and service effectiveness. The program was implemented using a participatory training and mentoring approach involving the introduction of Pedatren features, practical case recording, digital data management, report preparation, and service coordination simulations. The results showed that participants experienced improved understanding and skills in utilizing the Pedatren application to support more structured counseling management. In addition, the activity encouraged the development of digital counseling workflows and institutional commitment to strengthening technology-based student services. Several challenges, including differences in digital literacy levels and technical limitations, require continuous assistance and follow-up training. This program demonstrates that the transition from manual counseling records to digital services can enhance administrative effectiveness and support the development of more responsive, integrated, and sustainable counseling management in Islamic boarding schools.
